Me.Lissa Nail Lacquer:Swatches and Review

Hello and Welcome!!!!

Today I have some beautiful lacquers by Me.Lissa Lacquer. I have reviewed for her once before and I am so excited she contacted me to review for her again. Her creations are so amazing, not just 1 or a few but all of them!! She also has new bottles. She switched out the round bottles for the squared ones which is so much better, especially for storing purposes. Lets take a look below at what she sent me.
"Nocturnal Fairytale"
This is a pink/purple base with sapphire, red, lavender, sliver and red glitters. This polish is a part of the "After Dark"collection.I applied 2 light coats and a top coat. This went on very smoothly. This polish is absolutely stunning.I really like the holo mixed in with the glitter.

"Don't Break My Heart Tonight"
This is a maroon base with multi colored holo glitters, gold stars and black heart glitter. I  applied 2 light coats with a top coat. This polish was a tad thick but applied perfectly. I love love the black hearts. This is a part of the "After Dark"collection.

"Midnight City"
This is a grey jelly base with red, blue, black, yellow hexes, black squares and stars and white rectangular glitters.I applied 3 coats and a top coat. This is a very smooth formula. I am a sucker for the color grey and it being a jelly makes me love it that much more. I do not see this in the shop right now but keep checking in the shop. I'm sure it will be in there real soon.I'm thinking this is a part of the "After Dark"collection.

"Dream Girl"
This is a purple jelly base with multiple colored holo glitters, sapphire and silver moon glitters.I applied 2 light coats with a top coat. This is a part of the "After Dark"collection.

"Midnight Blues"
This is a gorgeous blue holo base with blue, sapphire, purple, lavender and silver glitters. This is my absolute favorite polish ever. It has a little bit of everything and it all fits together perfectly. This polish is just amazing. I applied 2 light coats and a top coat. It applied soooo smooth. This is a part of the "After Dark"collection.

Altogether I enjoyed every one of these polishes. The colors are so pretty and the formula was perfect. It was so much fun painting my nails with these 5 colors from the "After Dark"collection. Which color was your fav?Have you tried out  any of Me.Lissa's creations yet? All of her info will be posted below. Go and check her out!!

Distressed Nail Art

Hello and Welcome!!

Today I purchased me some new beautiful nail polish from Sally's Beauty Supply. It turned out that they are having a red tag 50% off sale. I went straight to the nail polish and got me 4 Finger Paints polishes that only cost $1.50 each and I had to get me my 2 favorite colors from the Brazil collection by O.P.I.(The OPI's were not on sale) What a great haul!!!! When I got back home I wanted to try out a new nail art technique. It is some kind of distressed nail art. I will talk more about that later on in my post. I was inspired by polishedbybeckie on Instagram and she was inspired by Chalkboard Nails. Lets take a look at how my mani came out.
This technique is really simple. What I did was I picked a color for my base color which was SinfulColors/Cool Grey and painted my nails grey. Then I picked out four other colors. Then I got one color and brushed most of the polish off and streaked the brush down my nails. I did that with each color I had, so just apply as much streaks as you like. Then I applied a top coat. I also decided that this mani would look great stamped. I'm not sure how I feel about this technique. I liked it on others but I'm not sure I pulled it off that well. LOL How do you feel about this technique?

COLORS I USED........:
Essie/Good as Gold
Finger Paints/Curator's Crimson
Finger Paints/Art You Kidding Me?
O.P.I/Amazon...Amazoff
SinfulColors/Cool Grey

HNA Hand Care Review

Hello and Welcome!!!

Today I have something to share with you that I am extremely happy to have on my blog. I have some hand care products from "HNA Hand Care".This company is really new and just recently opened shop. I have heard that they will be adding a hand cream to their shop soon. Whoot! Whoot! I think we can all agree that we can never have to many hand care products, am I correct? Personally I am addicted to hand products. To me you can never have enough. If you are like me you have 4 tubes of lotion in your purse, 3 bottles on your bedside and cuticle oil running out your ears. LOL Lets check out what I was scent below.
In the photo above we have a Cuticle Stick, Cuticle Oil and Hand Scrub.

"Hand Scrub"
This is a nice gentle scrub with micro beads and pink Pink Jojoba Spheres that gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, leaving behind super smooth and clean hands and cuticles. The scent I received is a new scent of theirs called Pink Sugar. I promise you that you wont stop smelling your hands. This scrub does lather really well, which is why I love it even more. I applied a small amount on my Hedge Hog nail scrubber and scrubbed gently in a circular motion.(The scrubber was not sent to me. It was my own.) Your hands might feel a tad dry so follow up with some lotion. I did notice that my hands felt smoother and my dead skin was gone. This product came in a small bowl shaped container which was inconvenient for me because I had to use a spoon to get the product out to prevent from making a mess.I contacted the owner of HNA Hand Care and I just suggested that he use bottles or tubes instead of the bowls. He did agree and for here on out they will be selling this scrub in 1oz bottles. YAY!!!!! Great News!! Visit their shop for ingredients.

"Cuticle Oil"
Cuticle oils are very simple to use. What I do is scrub my hands, apply lotion then apply my cuticle oils on my nails and all over my cuticles. I let the cuticle oil sit for a second then rub it in. If you do apply to much just rub it in all over your hands. This stuff literately feels sooooo soft and this Pink Sugar scent is absolutely my favorite scent EVER!  I even rub a small amount on my neck and arms because it smells and feels so good.

"Cuticle Stick"
This cuticle stick I found to be a tad odd to use only because I have never used one before. You can take the stick and apply the product straight onto you fingers but what I do is rub the stick with the tip of my finger and then rub the product onto my fingers and cuticles. If you look a the photo above you can see that this cuticle stick has plenty of product to last you for weeks or even months, depending how much you use it. I gravitate more to the oils just because I am used to them. Oh and don't put this beside your chap-stick. lol You might just apply your cuticle stick instead. Hahahaha

I really did enjoy using these products. The Pink Sugar scent will BLOW your MIND!! I really loved the oil and hand scrub. The cuticle stick I have to get used to. I really can't wait for the release of the hand cream. I hope it comes in the Pink Sugar scent. I just want to rub that scent all over my body. HNA has many other scents too. Have you tried out any products from HNA Hand Care? What did you think?

Allergies?????
***Carrier oils are extracted from plants, flowers, seeds, nuts and vegetables. If you have any type of these allergies we recommend you not use our products.

Polish Addict Nail Color:Swatches & Review

Hello and Welcome!!!

Wow!! This weather has gotten me in a funk. I took a nap and slept as long as my mind would let me. I also have had this huge headache for a couple days and sleep does not help me a bit. Oh well at least I feel rested. Today I have some very beautiful polish made by Polish Addict Nail Color. These colors have the perfect formula and are available for purchase. Lets take a look at some photos below.

"Cupid's TKO"
This is a creamy white crelly with a mix of purple, neon pink, silver, blue white, and black glitters in a variety of shapes and sizes. (stars, squares, rectangles, hexes). I applied 2 light coats with HK Girl top coat. 3 coats can be applied to get it completely opaque. I also stamped over "Cupid's TKO". What do you think?

"Unicorn 2.2"
This polish is a lavender linear top coat with lavender flakies and rainbow iridescent glitters in multiple sizes.I applied this polish on its own with no undies. I applied 2 light coats with a top coat. I really was surprised by this polish. It is so beautiful and it really shines beautifully in the sunlight. I love everything about this polish. I have not tried a holo polish that had glitter in it before and I think it should be made that way a lot more. I also stamped over it.

"I Heart Polish"
This is a hot pink jelly polish with a mixture of glitters along with pink hearts.(Reformulated from last year) I applied 3 light coats with a top coat. I really like jelly polishes. They apply smoothly and look so glossy. I did not stamp over this one because there are so many shapes to look at. I thought about it though. lol

"Dark Kisses"
This is a cranberry jelly polish with  a mixture of teal, orange, white, peach, copper, and brown glitters in a variety of shapes and sizes. (hex, circles)I applied 3 light coats with a top coat and stamped over my middle finger. This is another one of my favorites.

Overall these polishes were perfection. The colors are amazing and the formula are flawless. I love all the different mixtures of glitter. I am so happy I got to review these polishes. I have been a customer of Polish Addicts Nail Color for a long time. I have a nice size collection of her polishes. I can honestly say that you will love these polishes as well. Have you added any Polish Addict nail polish to your collection? You can find all of Polish Addicts information below.
