Cooking With GOYA®

Here recently BzzAgent had sent me out a GOYA Bzzkit. I got to try out the products to review and try. In this Bzzkit was a can of GOYA Low Sodium Beans, a box of GOYA Yellow rice and GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning. Also It came with a pamphlet with some great recipes. I used a particular recipe in that pamphlet  that tasted so delicious . It is called Roast Adobo Pork Loin. This below is the recipe on what ingredients we will be using. It takes no time to prepare.

Serves 4/Prep time 5 min./Total time: 40 min,plus resting time

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. packed dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. GOYA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (2 lb.) boneless pork loin roast

Directions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees F. In a small bowl mix together chili powder, Adobo, cumin, dark brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Stir olive oil into Adobo mixture until completely saturated .

Using Paper towels ,pat pork loin dry. Rub pork all over with the Adobo mixture. Transfer pork loin to foil-lined roasting pan. Cook until pork is dark golden brown and  instant-read thermometer registers 145 degrees F when inserted into the center of loin, about 35 minutes.

Transfer pork to platter; tent with foil to keep warm. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with accumulated juices.

While all that is cooking in the oven I make the GOYA Yellow rice then mix in the GOYA Low Sodium Beans. The two go so good together. Very tasty and very fast.

My family and I was so excited to try out this recipe. It was fun to make this recipe and it did taste so delicious. Cooking with GOYA is simple fun and the preparing is quick all you have to is wait for it to cook and slice the meat up then serve. Here are some of my pictures of the food being prepared and the finished results.

This is the GOYA Yellow rice I used

 The Low sodium Black Beans

GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with pepper

2 Pound Boneless Pork Loin with the mixture prepared and ready to apply. Dont forget to use paper towels to apply the mixture. It really work wonderfully .

This is what the pork loin will look like after you finished applying all of the mixture.  For best results make sure you rub the mixture on the front and back of the pork loin.

This is what the Pork Loin Looks like after it is completely done. Its very juicy and will melt in your mouth. I used an electric knife to slice it. Its faster and cuts the meat smoothly.

The results from making the GOYA Yellow Rice and the GOYA Low Sodium Beans. It not only looks good but it tasted good.

After all that cooking and being teased by the smell of the food cooking ,Its finally time to dig in.
Over all Cooking with GOYA products has been a great experience  I will defiantly be using GOYA more often. I had never used GOYA before. Now that I have used and experimented with GOYA I wish I had tried it sooner. You have no idea what you are missing till you have tried GOYA products. Before I used store brand rice and beans and seasoning, not anymore. GOYA is always welcome in my kitchen.Hopefully you will try out this delicious recipe. Let me know how you like it.

New Hard Candy Nail Polish

I have been waiting very patiently for the new Hard Candy line to come out in Walmart stores. This polish is so darn cute. I went to Walmart this morning and looked for this polish and it had not been set out on display yet, but I did see boxes by the Hard Candy makeup. I had asked the lady when they will be setting out the new polish and she said she was focused on another isle at the moment. So she looked through the boxes to see if the Nail Polish was in there and what do you know It was. So I had to ask if I can go through the box and find the polish I wanted. She was so sweet and told me to go right ahead. That made it that much more fun. I opened every little nail polish box to find the polishes I wanted. Call me impatient but I had been waiting long enough. All this talk about the new Hard Candy Line, I was ready to get my hands on them. Each polish cost $4.00 each which is a great price. It was worth the wait. I bought 8 different colors . Here are all the colors I bought. There is a total of 40 different colors in this new Hard Candy Polish Line. Alot to choose from.

These are all beautiful colors and these above all all 8 swatches of the nail polish. The picture really dosent do the polish any justice. The polish looks even more beautiful up close.
Which Polish is your favorite? Have you tried out the new Hard Candy polish yet?

SinfulColors Nail Polish Haul

I went to Walgreens the other day. I had heard about this polish called SinfulColors. I have never heard of them before. They are actually really cheap. They cost $1.99 each. I fell in love. I could not believe this polish cost $1.99. I bought 10 polishes and Im going to buy alot more.

This color is very pretty. Its got a  little shimmer to it.

Rain Storm is a very pretty blue. 1 coat of this is enough.

DareDevil is a very pretty shade of pink. I use 1 coat.

To use Snow Me White I had to use 2 coats. I really wish I could find a white polish that only needed one coat. I need a more pigmented white polish for french tips.

I used 2 coats of Mauve. Its a nice soft color

Purple Diamond. I had to use 2 coats. It has a little shimmer to it.

I LOVE LOVE Tokyo Pearl. Im going to use it as a base and add  a design with my Konad Stamping kit. Im going to love playing with this.

A silver glitter. Its called Queen Of Beauty. I cant ever get enough silver glitter. Use 2 coats for full coverage.

This is called Inkwell. This one I thought would be black but It was like a weird shade of brown and black. I dont know lol. All I know is that It was not black. With a few coats of Inkwell you could pass it off as black.

I love this shade of blue. Its bight and glossy. Its so beautiful. It.s called Endless Blue. Pretty color Pretty name. 2 coats is perfect for this color

You can see that the swatches of all the polish is just beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase. I will be buying alot more of SinfulColors Nail Polish. I love the bottle and the brush, the color and most of all the PRICE. I love everything about it.

Schick Hydro Silk® razor

Recently I have received the Schick Hydro Silk® razor .  BzzAgent sent it to me for free to try and review.

I have tried out this razor and have had great results.
This is is what I received in my BzzKit. The Schick Hydro Silk kit comes with 2 razor heads and a shower hanger and of course the razor handle. You can find this razor for $5.97 at Walmart.

This razor has Water Activated moisturizing serum. Just run your razor under the water for the razor to activate the Serum. It does moisturize you legs for up to 2 hours after you shave. No Razor burn and no dry skin.  For best results I recommend shaving in the shower . When I used this razor it was easy to use and just gently glided down my leg without any cuts or burns. The moisturizing serum is a plus.

The Schick Hydro Silk razor as you can see in this picture above has a bigger handle for an easy grip. The Schick Razor on the right has a very small handle which is harder to grip. I love the brand Schick and I love using my new razor. I gave my old one to my husband. lol I still caught him using my new  Schick Hydro Silk razor. I guess guys love it as well. lol The blade on the  Schick Hydro Silk razor has a unique skin guard to protect your skin from razor burn or any type of irritation. It also has 5 curved sensing blades that give you a nice close shave. The soft easy to grip handle is what I like most about it. I think that the  Schick Hydro Silk razor hydrates my skin alot longer than my old razor or any razor for that matter.

If you decide to go to the store to check out this razor. There is a scan code on the side of the box. You scan it with your phone and it will bring up the history on the  Schick Hydro Silk story. Pretty cool.

Here is a link below that will direct you to the Schick Razor page.
