It is Monday and I feel relaxed and refreshed. For those who are not such Monday fans I think you will be now. I have 8 fabulous lacquers to show you made by Sweet Heart Polish. This is a collection called "Death Is Only The Beginning" and is based on the movie "The Mummy". This collection is now available for pre-order. Before we start I'm going to need you to put your shades on because this collection is blinding and could cause squinting of the eyes. LOL Don't say I didn't warn you.......Are you ready????? This is called "Ameniphus"
Ameniphus is a toasty brown holographic polish. I applied 3 light coats with a topcoat. You can just see how this color sparkles in the sun. This is one of my favorites from the collection.
This is called "Oasis of Ahm Shere"
This is a stunning holographic Aqua Green .I applied 3 light coats with a topcoat.
This is called "I Am A Librarian!"
I love this color. It is a pinkish-red but leans more pink. It is a holographic polish as you can see. LOL I applied 3 coats and a topcoat.
This is called "Drink from the Nile"
This is a dark holographic blue. This color really displays the color of the rainbow when out in the sun. I applied 3 coats with a topcoat.
This is called "Scarab Shells"
This is a lavender purple holographic polish. I applied 3 coats with topcoat.This color has a subtle holographic shine in the sun which is okay with me.Either way this color will bring you to your knees.
This is called "O'Connell"
O'Connell is a light blue holographic polish. I applied 3 coats with a topcoat.This color can be a tad sheer. If you find it to sheer for you at 3 coats just add a 4th coat and you are set.
This is called "Sands of Time"
This is a sandy golden/champagne colored holographic polish. This one was a tad thick but Cassandra of Sweet Heart Polish is going to be tweaking it to get the formula where it needs to be to get the perfect application. This is the most beautiful color. I have a lot of holographic polish but none of them are this color. This is a very unique color and I am absolutely in love with it. I applied 2 coats with a top coat.
This is called "The Book of Amun-RA"
This is the perfect golden/copper topcoat. It has tiny micro golden/copper hexed glitters mixed evenly into the formula. You can also use this color on its own. I recommend applying 2-3 coats. I used it as a topcoat and applied 1 coat of "The Book of Amun-RA over 1 coat of Julep/Glenn.I applied a topcoat.
Altogether this is an amazing collection. I mean who doesn't like "The Mummy"?? This collection is perfection, colors, names and all. Which colors are your must haves?

When I saw the title I was thinking "Please be The Mummy, please be The Mummy!" haha I am obsessed with those movies! I have all the 3 movies, 2 of the Scorpion King, and even the Mummy animated series! Definitely need this to add to my Mummy collection!
ReplyDeleteWish there was an Imhotep one though. A black one called "Death Is Only The Beginning" would just make this complete! Scarab Shells is my favorite! Which is sad, those things give me the heebie jeebies. haha Definitely scarier than Imhotep, just saying! :)
