Philly Loves Lacquer: VIX Emporium Swatches and Review

Hello and Welcome!!

Today I have three stunning VIX Emporium exclusive polishes made by Philly Loves Lacquer. These pretties are now in stock and available for purchase in their shop. These blends will only be sold in VIX Emporium's shop. The formula contains NO Toluene, Formaldehyde, Camphor or Dibutyl Phthalate (harmful toxins present in many commercial nail colors), and all ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free.Lets take a look at them below.

Black Orchid

Description:
Black Orchid is described as a soft black creme with pinky-purple glitter/shimmer.
Application:
I applied 2 light coats followed by a quick drying top coat.
Inspiration:
Black Orchid Foods is a West Philly pop-up restaurant and socially conscious catering company. Specializing in vegan and vegetarian comfort food at affordable prices, they have warmed bellies at countless punk shows, activist events, weddings, and just about every Go West Craft Fest.
My Opinion:
This polish is absolute perfection!!!! The color is just so pretty,I can't get over it. I was not happy when I had to take it off. Ha! This polish is a must have.No issues to report.

Stinking Glitterveta

Description:
Stinking Glitterveta is described as an insane improvisation of square, round, heart, hex, shard and star glitter in every size and color, in a clear base.
Application:
I applied 1 coat of Stinking Glitterveta over 1 coat of Zoya Spencer.
Inspiration:
Described as one of progressive metal’s most unique and devastating live acts, West Philly trio Stinking Lizaveta (named for the 'village idiot' character in Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov) has specialized in "insane improvisations, relentless rhythms and volumes of groove" since the mid-nineties. Their "both polished and unruly" style incorporates post-rock, metal, sludge, prog, stoner and doom with jazz stylings and eastern influences. (Quotes from stinkinglizaveta.com.)
My Opinion:
Love this topper. It would look amazing over any color. No issues to report.

Woodlands White Acre

Description:
Woodlands White Acre is described as a chalky light gray, studded with silver and gunmetal sparkles, and larger black, white and gray glitter.
Application:
I applied 3 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.
Inspiration:
The Woodlands is a hidden gem, a 54-acre green space tucked away between the University of the Sciences and the VA hospital. Before it became a cemetery in the 1840s, it was the estate of prominent botanist William Hamilton, whose impressive Federal-style mansion and outbuildings still remain, along with some of the tree specimens he planted, now some of our nation's oldest.

White Acre is the name of the fictional estate in Elizabeth Gilbert's novel The Signature Of All Things. White Acre was directly based on the Hamilton estate at the Woodlands, which Gilbert visited and studied extensively while preparing to write the book.
My Opinion:
I really like the shade of grey with the mixture of glitters. It kind of reminds me of an Oreo milkshake. No issues to report.A top coat is recommended.
