Aly's Dream Polish:Review and Swatches

Hello and Welcome!!!
I am back after a very stressful weekend. A horrible thing happened to us.I'm not going to go into any major details about it at the moment but our 8 year old Yorkie Zoe passed away. We love you Zoe and miss you deeply.

On a positive note I was sent a package from Aly's Dream Polish!!! I was extremely surprised as I was not expecting a package from her. I was beyond thrilled!! I have reviewed for her once before when she first opened shop and I really enjoyed that experience.I'm really happy to have that opportunity again.Lets take a look at the colors I was sent below!
"Sweet Orange"
This is a bright neon orange holographic polish. I applied 3 coats and a top coat. This color is the perfect color to be sporting during the summer season. I don't know about you but neon's and bright colors are my go to's during the summer.I can't get enough of them.
"Limon"
This is a light lime green holographic polish. I applied 3 light coats and a top coat. This green is very soft and subtle. This is actually my favorite shades of green. In the sun Limon really shines bright!!It's such a stunning color!
"Dreamy Amethyst"
This is a dark blue holographic polish with purple iridescent and blue and fuchsia sparkle. I applied 2 light coats with a top coat. This color is the February edition from the "DreamStone Collection" and is Very Limited Edition. All polishes in the DreamStone Collection will only be available in two restocks and then it is gone,so be sure to grab you one while you can!!
"Strawberry"
This color in my opinion is a bright neon pinkish holographic polish. This is another color that is perfect to wear during the summer season. I applied 3 light coats and a top coat.

Overall I think these colors are absolutely amazing! The formula was great and applied smooth. Dry time was great also. I did not have any issues with any of these colors. Aly's Dream Polish has so many beautiful colors to choose from. It's almost impossible to just choose one color.Be sure to check out Aly's Facebook and other social media sites for new releases and restocks.

Do you own any Aly's? Which colors can't you live without?

Black Label Nails/Review & Swatches

Hello and Welcome!!!!

I'm going to take a moment and say..."OMG it's cold out there"!! I took my kids to schools and they tried to open the truck door to get out so they can go into the school and the door was frozen shut. LOL It took 2 teachers to get the door open. I hope everyone is keeping warm today. Anyway lets talk polish. Today I have a new brand to show you. It's is called "Black Label Nails". Jennifer from black label nails sent me 3 of her creations to try out. You should see her full size bottles, they are really unique but so cool looking. I don't have photos of her full size bottle but you can stop by her Instagram and Facebook to check them out. I will be posting all of her information at the end of my review. Here is what I know...., She opened her shop on January 18th, 2014......,She only ships to the United States and her full size polishes are 15 ml and the minis are 5 ml. Now lets check out some photos below!
"Paradise City"
This is a beautiful pink polish that has a blue shift. This polish is named after the song from Guns N' Roses. I LOVE THAT SONG!!!!!! I applied 4 light coats with no undies and top coat. This is meant to be a topper so if you prefer to wear it as a topper I recommend layering over a light pink. I just love it on its own. This polish has a smooth formula that applied perfectly. If you are not familiar with Guns N' Roses there will be a video at the end of the review.

"Lithium"
This is a grey/silver polish meaning "Lithium". This polish is named after a Nirvana song. Another flipping amazing song. I grew up on this music. My dad would blast his radio so loud you could hear it around the block. It just brings back the good ol memories. I applied 3 light coats with top coat. It was a bit streaky but it is such a cool color. The video will be posted on my review also. Yay!!

"Closer to the Heart"
This is a clear base glitter topper with white hexes and pink and red hearts. This polish is named after  the band "RUSH". I applied 2 coats over 3 coats of Lithium with a top coat. I did not have to fish for any glitter. I was very easy to apply. There also will be a video for you to listen to if you are not familiar with RUSH below.

I really enjoyed trying out this new brand. If you have any questions leave them below in the comment box. Don't forget to listen to the music below...."The meanings behind the polish" and.......ROCK OUT!

Sweet Heart Polish/Valentines Day Polish Review

Hello and Welcome!!!

Today I have some stunning polishes by Sweet Heart Polish. These colors are specifically made for Valentines day but can be worn any time of the year. I have 4 polishes to show you but 2 of them will be re-released sometime this week. I will let you know which ones are released and which ones are not when we get further into the review. Lets take a look at some photos below.
"Berries and Cream"
This is a beautiful berry colored scattered holographic polish. I applied 4 light coats and top coat. This color is very sheer but as a jelly polish it can be layered many times without it looking cakey on your nails. This polish is a LE for Valentines Day but it will be released again sometime this week.

"Pink Champagne"
This is a gorgeous red scattered holographic polish. I applied 4 light coats to get it opaque. This is also another LE polish for Valentines Day but it will be released again sometime this week. I did a little stamping over it and I have to say this is one of my favorite manis that I have done.

"He Love Me Not!"
This is a clear based glitter topper with red skulls and various shaped and colored glitter. I applied 2 coats of He Loves Me Not! over 2 coats of LVX/Relique and a top coat. Have I mention that I am obsessed with glitter toppers right now????? Especially this one. This is now available!!!!

"He Loves Me..."
This is a clear based glitter topper with pink hearts and various shaped and colored glitters. I applied 2 coats of  He Loves Me... over 2 coats of Essie/Cascade Cool. These 2 colors go perfectly together. Stunning is all I can come up with. LOL I just Loooove IT!!!! This is now available!!!

I have to say that every one of these handmade polishes are perfect especially for Valentines Day!!! I love them all and I'm so glad I got to review these. I had a lot of fun with them. Which ones are your favorite?
