Today I have a beautiful collection made by Philly Loves Lacquer to share with you.This collection consists of seven beautiful spring blends.The collection is called Springtime in Philly,and will launch in the afternoon of February 20th. Philly Loves Lacquer will be releasing a mini set for $39 or individual minis for($6 for a 8ml).The full size set will be $78,and for individual polishes($12 for 15ml).Lets take a look at this colorful collection below.

Wooder Ice

Description:

Wooder Ice is described as a full coverage polish filled with a rainbow of pastel micro glitters.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick dry top coat. A second coat is necessary. 

My Opinion:

This is a lovely polish.It does have a sparkle to it but unfortunately it did not show up in my photo.No issues to report.

Sister Cities

Description:

Sister Cities is described as a full coverage polish with pink and black micro glitter with some holo sparkle.

Application:

I applied 2 easy coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

Love this polish.Just look how beautiful it is. The pink and black micro glitters are the perfect combo! Who knew? No issues to report.

Six More Weeks

Description:

Six More Weeks is described as a full coverage micro glitter polish with a chrome-like finish.

Application:

I applied 2 light coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

This polish has all kinds of sparkle.That chrome finish though?Amazing! No issues to report.

Sakura Sunday

Description:

Sakura Sunday is described as a full coverage pink and peach micro glitter with some holo sparkle.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

This is a lovely polish and it was so easy to apply.It is completely opaque in two coats.

Delancey Place

Description:

Delancey Place is described as a full coverage lime green and gold micro glitter with some holo sparkle.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

Anyone want to eat some sherbet after seeing all of these colors?This lime green polish is the perfect spring shade.No issues to report.

Schuylkill Banks

Description:

Schuylkill Banks,(pronounced skoo-kull)  is described as a full coverage polish filled with aqua blue,gold,and holo micro glitter.

Application:

 I applied 2 coats followed by a quick dry top coat.

My Opinion:

This is actually one of my favorites in this collection. It looks like I'm wearing jewelry on my finger nails.No issues to report.

Avenue of the Arts

Description:

Avenue of the Arts is described as a rainbow flakie top coat.

Application:

I applied 1 coat of Avenue of the Arts over 1 coat of Zoya/Willa.

My Opinion:

Flakes seem to be the trend right now. I really like them.I love the color shift when you move your nails from side to side. No issues to report.

Model City Polish:Spring Bouquet Collection

I have a jaw dropping collection by Model City Polish to show you today.It is her Spring Bouquet Collection and it has 6 beautiful pastel polishes with holo and flakie shimmer. Hellebore

Description:

Hellebore is described as a pastel lime green polish with a touch of holo and pale green flakies. It kind of looks like there might be some gold shimmer in there too.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

There was no issues when applying this polish.No staining or drying issues.This is a stunning shade of green. My favorite thing about this polish is the gold shimmer,it just pops out so well.

Primrose

Description:

Primrose can be best described as a cool toned pastel yellow polish with a touch of holo and gold flakie shimmer.

Application:

I applied 2 light coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

This shade of yellow is really pretty.It's a very soft and faded shade of yellow.I really love it and I usually don't like to wear yellows.I would wear this shade all year long. No issues to report.

Azalea

Description:

Azalea can be best described as a pastel pink polish with a touch of holo,shimmer and pink flakies.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

LOVE LOVE this polish.Everything about it makes me want to never take it off.It applied perfectly with no staining or drying issues.It's the perfect pink pastel in my collection.

Himalayan Poppy

Description:

Himalayan Poppy can be best described as a bright pastel blue polish with a touch of holo and blue flakies.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

I did not have any issues with the polish at all. It applied perfectly. The color is beautiful and is another one of my favorites in this collection.

Fritillaria

Description:

Fritillaria can be best described as pastel orange/peach polish with a touch of holo,gold shimmer and orange flakies.

Application:

I applied 2 light coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

I keep saying this ones my favorite and this one is my favorite.Lets face it,they are all my favorites.This collection is so amazing I'm at loss for words.This shade is really beautiful in any kind of lighting. No issues to report.

Pennyroyal 

Description:

Pennyroyal can be best described as a pale purple polish with a touch of holo and purple flakies.

Application:

I applied 2 coats followed by a quick drying top coat.

My Opinion:

This polish applied nicely with no issues. It is a very pretty soft shade.Looking at this makes me crave for a blueberry milkshake.

Model City Polish/Spring Collection

Hello and Welcome!!

Today I have a couple polishes from Model City Polish. These polishes are really beautiful.These polishes are from her new Spring Collection.She even sent me a glass file which is so awesome! I have heard a lot of good things about glass files and I can't wait to try it out. This collection will be available March 22. Lets check out these beauties below!!

(Left)April Showers (Right) Awaken to Spring

"Awaken to Spring"

This is a stunning clear base glitter topper with a mixture of colorful glitters in various sizes. Notice there is some pink dots,I just love dot glitters!!! I applied 1 coat of Awaken to Spring over 2 coats of LVX/Cliquote which is a pink/peachy color and perfect for spring then I applied top coat. I also finished this polish off by stamping over it.

"April Showers"

This is a dark blue jelly based polish with a mixture of pink, light blue glitter along with many tiny multi-colored glitters. I applied 3 light coats and a top coat. I also stamped over it with a baby blue polish with flowers to add some more of a spring look to it.

These polishes that I tried on applied extremely well with no issues of drying. April Showers has a slight matte finish to it so I recommend wearing a top cot with it. I can't wait to see everyone's swatches on the rest of the collection. What color is your favorite so far? Have you seen the rest of the collection?
