Pinkey Nails Polish Review

Today I am reviewing a polish like no other. This color I have never seen. The Polish is from Pinkey Nails and she sent it to me to review. The polish is a yellow color and it looks just like mustard. (Yes Mustard) It is a unique color and may not go with every skin tone. Not everyone can pull off this color. I'm not even sure if I pulled this color off. I will let you be the judge. The formula was a bit thick and if you don't shake the bottle well the glitter can stick together causing the polish to look clumpy, so be sure to shake the polish good. It is a strange polish but the color is pretty. Not only does she sell polish  that she makes but she sells gems and accessories for nail art in her Esty store!

This is Shibby
It has green long glitter and gold glitter and small holo glitters.
This polish is 15 ml

I used 2 coats only
Applying more than 2 coats will make it to thick

Below is a picture of what the polish looks like when the glitter sticks together and trust me you don't want that to happen

You can see how my nails look like they have hills on them or look oddly shaped
So be sure you shake it or roll it before each use

What do you think?
Do you think I pulled this color off?

Above The Curve Polish Review Part #2

Part #2

Yesterday I posted the Part 1 review of the Above The Curve polish I had purchased. Today I will be posting Part #2. Today I have 2  more beautiful polishes to show you. I paid $6 each for them which is an amazing deal for a 15 ml polish. I used 3 coats for both which make a perfect coverage. Above The Curve donates $1.00 of every polish sold to Shriners Hospital For Children.

This is called Daisy Lilacs It!
I had to take tons of photos of this polish. It is just to beautiful not to. So I hope you like pictures. LOL
3 Coats was used with a top coat

This has multi colored glitter and the polish is a lavender color.
I did not get any lumpiness out of this formula it was so easy to apply.

AND That's it of Daisy Lilacs It!
If that was to much photos lust let me know. I can get carried away sometimes ;)
Moving on...........

This polish is called  Kahuna
This is a teal color and a holo polish. For some reason the lighting was not cooperating with me so it looks blueish in my photo. Well it does say on the website it has blue undertones so maybe in sunlight you can capture the true color.
3 Coats of polish was used

I hope you enjoyed my overload of photos. I really did enjoy swatching and sharing with you. I hope to get more colors soon to add to my collection.

The Nail Junkie 2013 Neon Shimmer Jelly Review

Hello
Today I will be talking about a mani I am proud to say, Is Beautiful!
I have done something somewhat different with Nail Junkie's 2013 Neon Shimmer Jelly polish. I am very proud of it. This was actually my first time using a jelly based polish and my first purchase from The Nail Junkie. I never really thought I could do much with a Jelly polish. I always stuck to solid creamed polishes.  This mani I have done changed my whole outlook on jellies all together.

The color of the polish I purchased is called Blueberry. It is a Jelly based polish which means you can pretty much see through the polish. The polish has  shimmer to it but not to much. To be honest with you, I want every shade this line has. I am that excited about them and Im ready to see what else I can come up with.

You can see how there is some shimmer in there. Just Beautiful.
(2 Coats )

What I did was apply one coat of the Blueberry neon polish. I let it dry. The drying time for this polish was very fast. You can actually tell when its dry. When its wet it will be a dark blue then it gets lighter and lighter and then its dry.
Anyway I got a stamping plate and got white polish and applied little flowers all over my nails. Then I let the nail art dry for about 3 minutes and applied another coat of my Blueberry polish. Then I added a top coat to make to shine
If you prefer the color to be darker apply 2 coats of Blueberry then add your stamp. Then add another coat of Blueberry over the stamps.

I also need to add that they are not scented

ellagee/ Chase The Clouds Away Review

Today I will writing about this new polish by ellagee. This beauty is called..
Chase The Clouds Away.
A full size bottle is 12 ml. This polish is a part of the About The Moondust Holo Collection
Chase The Clouds Away can be purchased for $8.50.

This polish was purchased by me and was not given to me to review. Everything I state are my opinions and mine only.

I am obsessed with the shape of these bottles for some weird reason. They are just so different from other bottles.

Chase The Clouds Away is a soft sky blue polish. To me it has more of a silver tint to it. It has a small amount of orange, red, yellow, green and purple hexagon glitter scattered around in the formula. It also has holographic shimmer which make this polish stand out.

(1 Coat)

( 2 Coats )

(2 Coats )

This color really does shine when out in sunlight. My pictures does not do it justice. It really is a beautiful color.

Shimmer Polish Review

Hello Lacquer Ladies!

Today I am bringing you swatches from Shimmer Polish.
Shimmer Polish was very generous and sent me some of her handmade polish to review. I was so excited when I received my package and saw all the amazing shimmers. Who dose not like glitter? I know I am border line obsessed . I just cant help myself when it comes to glitter.
Everything I state are my own opinions and mine only. I was not coached in any way what to say.

Shimmer Polish sent me 5 different beauties. One polish is called Jennifer which happens to be my name. How awesome is that. I have never owned a polish that had my name on it, it was not named after me but I still feel special. (Call Me Corny lol). You can purchase the polish from Shimmer Polish Esty Shop for $12.00.

Lets get started looking at some photos of the polish shall we. I am so excited to share them with all of you.
I will be showing you a couple different ways I applied the glitter.
Era, Kim, Jasmine, Nichole & Jennifer

On my nails is ZOYA /Phoebe which is a Matte Lacquer with
Shimmer Polish/Nichole glided on top.

Nichole is very beautiful. It has a mixture of red silver and blue glitter. The glitter varies  in size.

I applied 2 Coats of Nichole over ZOYA /Phoebe
Amazing!

This is Shimmer Polish/Jennifer over Zoya/Naomi
To me this reminds me of a sheer body suit with shimmer. I dont know why. That's just my opinion. I think Jennifer looks so beautiful over a nude color.

She is so pretty. Im am not ashamed to say that I am in Love with this look.
Jennifer has multiple colors of glitter in it but some Jennifer's have black glitter in it. Mine did not. I have seen Jennifer with black glitter and it is gorgeous.

This is Jennifer over Zoya/Naomi
So shiny with full coverage

This polish is Shimmer Polish/Jasmine over Zoya/Josie

Jasmine has light blue and green glitter

Isn't this so pretty. I just love my nails to shine.

Jasmine Full coverage over Zoya/Josie

This is Shimmer Polish/Kim over SinfulColors/Mauve
I think the color I chose goes perfectly with Kim.
Its just stunning

Kim has a beautiful mixture of blue and purple glitter.

Shimmer Polish/Kim full coverage over SinfulColors/Mauve

Lastly I have Shimmer Polish/Eva over China Glaze/White on White
This color is just breath taking.
Its a Burgundy red with silver micro-glitter.

Eva was easy to apply but a little tough to clean up but the finishing results are so worth it.

That is all of the Shimmer beauties I have for now. I really hope you all love them as much as I do. The glitter was so easy to apply. The formula was perfect. I had alot of fun experimenting with them. There is so much you can do with glitter polish. I don't think having some Shimmer on your nails will ever get old at least not for me.
