These limited edition polishes are textured. They are very popular this season. It has very pretty glitter in the polish which makes it glisten and shine. To remove this polish is very easy. They do live up to their name for sure because once you let the polish dry the polish looks like Gum Drops. They are gorgeous and affordable. They are 10ml and is fast drying and cost about $3.99 a bottle. They will be out in Rite Aids soon so keep your eyes open. You can also buy them on her website. Starlooks Subscription Box Review

I was so excited to finally get to try out the Special Edition February Starlooks box. Starlooks had sent me this box to review and try out. This specific box is Lauren Clarks signature set. If u have never heard of Starlooks, they are a monthly subscription cosmetics box.For now, the products in Starboxes are hand picked and chosen carefully to ensure that they'll work for the widest range of styles, skin types, and colorings.
The box is only $15 a month for 3 to 4 full size products. The boxes retail is $41. You most defiantly get your moneys worth and I dont know of any subscription box companies that can beat this price for full size products. Its a great price and worth it. Down below you will see all of the cosmetics I received in my February Starlooks Box.

This is the box my products came in. I love pink and the box is too cute. It arrived to my home in perfect condition.

When I opened my Starlooks box this is what it looked like. Very pretty purple paper covering all the products. I also had a few cards. One card was about the makeup Artist Lauren Clark. She explains great ways to use the makeup that came in the box and there is also information about her background so you have an idea who she is. The other cards showed you how much the products are priced at and tells you more info one the makeup.

This is what I found when I opened my box. I was surprised. I could not believe that I received all of this great makeup in that small box.4 products in all. Plus there was a small quartz Jewelry in there which was a great surprise.

This is a Lip liner pencil. The color is called Tipsy. The retail value of this Im not sure of.

This is the swatch from the lip pencil. It has a very creamy texture to it. It was fairly easy to apply. It dose not really have a scent to it. and is a flat color.
 (No Shimmer).

I applied the pencil to my lips and added a tad of gloss. This is a really great color. Very casual .

This is a eyeliner. Its called Princess Diaries. It retails for $15. It  is a waterproof , smudge proof pot eyeliner. It also is very creamy and goes on very easily. A great product with a little shimmer but not to much.

This is one of my favorites. This is called Barbie Fluid Blush. This is a perfect color for spring time. It retails for $15. To apply you can blend some on you fingers or use their 945 or 946 Brush and buff it on to your cheek. I have never used a cream blush that came in a tube before. I liked how it does not make a huge mess everywhere. Being in a tube is a plus for me. At least when ever its dropped I know that no product will be wasted.

This product is called Pink Oasis Lip Gloss. Why its called PINK Oasis I have no idea. Its a purple lavender not a pink. This retails for $11. Its sheer with sparking shimmer. I always have to have lip gloss with some shimmer so this gloss is perfect for me. It does not go on purple but it goes have a slight purple tint but its not bad at all. This gloss is not sticky which is wonderful. I have had many many lip glosses that were very sticky and made my lips feel glued together. This Gloss did not do that at all. My lips felt moisturized and smooth. I didnt notice any flavoring.

This is the how the gloss will look when its applied. You can see the beautiful shimmer it adds to you lips. You can also see that the applicator is a good size and is very soft.

This was also in my Starlooks Box. Its a small Quartz. Its real cute. I think Im going to make a necklace with it. Do with it as you please.

There are some major perks about the STARLOOKS BOX:
  • Free Shipping on all orders under 10 lbs.
  • You get Starbox points for getting a box every month. Earn a point for every dollar you spend.
  • 100 Points gives you 10 STAR DOLLARS toward your next purchase

If you would like to try STARLOOKS out which I do recommend click on the link I posted below to read more about their company or to purchase pone of their amazing boxes.

Milani Limited Edition Textured Creams Collection Review

For $4.99 is what you can expect to pay for the New Limited Edition Textured Creams Collection. I have done swatches of everyone of the polishes. They actually look pretty cool. There are 6 polishes in this collection. I purchased mine online. I will post a link and the end of this review.

2 coats were used for this.

1 Coat is needed

2 Coats is what I used

2 Coats needed

1 Coat is needed

Also 1 coat is needed

To remove, soak a cotton ball with acetone based nail polish remover. Allow to set on the nail for about 20-30 seconds and wipe outwards, away from the nail bed. Turn the cotton ball over and remove any excess on the sides of the nail.
The polish comes off fast and easy. No mess. Thats another thing I love about this line of polish.

Made in USA

Over all I love this collection. I love the feel and the brightness of the colors. I would defiantly recommend you try them out for yourself  and let me know what you think. Below is the link where I had purchased them online.

Cooking With GOYA®

Here recently BzzAgent had sent me out a GOYA Bzzkit. I got to try out the products to review and try. In this Bzzkit was a can of GOYA Low Sodium Beans, a box of GOYA Yellow rice and GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning. Also It came with a pamphlet with some great recipes. I used a particular recipe in that pamphlet  that tasted so delicious . It is called Roast Adobo Pork Loin. This below is the recipe on what ingredients we will be using. It takes no time to prepare.

Serves 4/Prep time 5 min./Total time: 40 min,plus resting time

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. packed dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. GOYA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (2 lb.) boneless pork loin roast

Directions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees F. In a small bowl mix together chili powder, Adobo, cumin, dark brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Stir olive oil into Adobo mixture until completely saturated .

Using Paper towels ,pat pork loin dry. Rub pork all over with the Adobo mixture. Transfer pork loin to foil-lined roasting pan. Cook until pork is dark golden brown and  instant-read thermometer registers 145 degrees F when inserted into the center of loin, about 35 minutes.

Transfer pork to platter; tent with foil to keep warm. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with accumulated juices.

While all that is cooking in the oven I make the GOYA Yellow rice then mix in the GOYA Low Sodium Beans. The two go so good together. Very tasty and very fast.

My family and I was so excited to try out this recipe. It was fun to make this recipe and it did taste so delicious. Cooking with GOYA is simple fun and the preparing is quick all you have to is wait for it to cook and slice the meat up then serve. Here are some of my pictures of the food being prepared and the finished results.

This is the GOYA Yellow rice I used

 The Low sodium Black Beans

GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with pepper

2 Pound Boneless Pork Loin with the mixture prepared and ready to apply. Dont forget to use paper towels to apply the mixture. It really work wonderfully .

This is what the pork loin will look like after you finished applying all of the mixture.  For best results make sure you rub the mixture on the front and back of the pork loin.

This is what the Pork Loin Looks like after it is completely done. Its very juicy and will melt in your mouth. I used an electric knife to slice it. Its faster and cuts the meat smoothly.

The results from making the GOYA Yellow Rice and the GOYA Low Sodium Beans. It not only looks good but it tasted good.

After all that cooking and being teased by the smell of the food cooking ,Its finally time to dig in.
Over all Cooking with GOYA products has been a great experience  I will defiantly be using GOYA more often. I had never used GOYA before. Now that I have used and experimented with GOYA I wish I had tried it sooner. You have no idea what you are missing till you have tried GOYA products. Before I used store brand rice and beans and seasoning, not anymore. GOYA is always welcome in my kitchen.Hopefully you will try out this delicious recipe. Let me know how you like it.
